DCG provides “real training” to organizations.  Most of the training available to managers today simply does not do the job.  Managers get bombarded with an onslaught of feel-good theory without any actual application.  Leadership ideals have been regurgitated and watered down by so many in the training industry that programs have become a more of an “emotional, feel good” retreat lacking any guts.  A lack of significant practical content causes a deluge of contrived unoriginal exercises or trite acronyms. Our training is different.
