Lisa Bricker

As a seasoned coach, Lisa Bricker has been working with professionals, executives and entrepreneurs for over 23 years. Since 1983, Lisa’s experience includes a broad span of diverse fields and roles, such as of manager and sales professional to successful entrepreneur, owning her first coaching practice in 1988.

Lisa earned her certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation professional and is a Certified Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA. She has been an Executive Coach for the Executive MBA Program of Loyola Marymount University; she served on the board of directors of the International Coach Federation, Los Angeles Chapter and is a member of SHRM, Society for Human Resource Management and member of NAWBO, National Association of Women Business Owners.

Chuck Allen

Chuck Allen, is the Co-Founder of Organic Communication (http://www.organicommunication.com), a consulting firm that provides coaching and training in communication, leadership and conflict management. Chuck has worked in such diverse fields as public relations, public health, technical writing, journalism, event planning and child development. As the owner of a technology consulting firm specializing in the entertainment industry, Chuck brings more than 20 years experience as a consultant and an entrepreneur to his business clients.

In the coaching field Chuck is on the faculty of The Coaches Training Institute, and he is an Executive Coach for the Executive MBA Program of Loyola Marymount University. Chuck is the Past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Coach Federation. He has coached and trained leaders in fields ranging from non-profit to aerospace, medicine, technology and the federal government. Chuck has trained people in coaching skills throughout the United States, as well as in Canada, England, South Africa and South Korea.

Ann Betz, CPCC

Experienced coach and trainer, with deep understanding of both the corporate and non-profit worlds. Coach since 2001; co-founder and former executive director of the non-profit organization AmeriCoach, which provides leadership development, coaching, and training for young leaders engaged in community service. Leadership training with women’s groups internationally in Costa Rica and Nepal. Have taught coaching skills to numerous groups over the past eight years, from scientists at Nestle Nutrition to AmeriCorps staff and volunteers and even classroom teachers. Experience ranges from leadership coaching at the highest levels in corporate America to working with passionate social entrepreneurs to create sustainable organizations. Special focus on leadership training and coaching that creates healthy organizations where true engagement and innovation can occur.

Ariane Cherbuliez, MBA, MEd, PCC, CPCC

Ariane has eleven years of experience as a professional coach, with clients representing a range of industries and levels within their organizations. She is known for her creativity, intelligence, and ability to inspire her clients to see new possibilities where they were previously blocked. She specializes in improving her clients’ workplace relationships and shifting old habits that are not useful after promotions. Ariane deliver coaching skills training to students pursuing their professional certification world-wide in teleconference format. She has designed and delivered workplace workshops on a range of customized topics, including Coaching Skills in the Workplace, Giving and Receiving Feedback, and Designing Powerful Working Relationships.

Audrey Seymour, MA PCC CPCC

Seasoned professional coach and organizational leader with 8+ years coaching, teaching, and training entrepreneurs, managers and leaders, 6 years as Vice President of international training company in charge of strategy and operations, and 20+ years as a software development manager and lead engineer building 3D graphics and biotech applications. Gained reputation for turning low performing teams into strong contributors as well as resolving conflicts within cross-functional teams. Led initiatives to improve communications and operations efficiency. Designed new custom processes for program, product, business and curriculum development.

Camilla C. Rogers, PCC, CPCC

In addition to maintaining a private practice, with over 10 years as a leader in the field, Camilla has trained and supervised hundreds of professional coaches internationally. An engaging workshop leader, she is known for bringing humor, depth, and rigor to her work serving solo-preneurs, business leaders and managers in both small business environments and larger corporate arenas. With a special focus on helping others develop as engaging leaders that compel followership with personal mastery, systems awareness,  emotional fluency, and empowering communication skills and practices, Camilla holds the focus on her client’s needs and agenda. She designs and delivers programs customized for the needs of the organization, with a special focus on small team leadership, innovation, and effectiveness.  Camilla is also trained to facilitate large group work and to develop organizational alignment.

Cat Williford, MCC, CPCC

A pioneer leader in the field of coaching.  Cat is one of the first six coaches certified sixteen years ago by the prestigious Coaches Training Institute (CTI).  She is known as a “Coach’s Coach,” as well as the woman executive’s back-pocket secret weapon. Clients include executive mangers based in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Australia and North America.  Ex: A Swiss foundation executive tripled financial contributions and quadrupled volunteerism.  Cat has trained approximately 1375 coaches worldwide as a senior faculty member of CTI’s Certification program. As a faculty member of UK-based The Forton Group, she is a current partner in the North America launch of the training program Coaching For Leadership. Cat develops training programs customized to critical client needs: team building and communication skills. Elizabeth Carrington-House, MCC

A seasoned professional coach and entrepeneur, Elizabeth has been coaching in a broad range of settings for the past 15 years. Whether it is individual coaching which includes executives and mid- and senior-level managers or working with teams, Elizabeth brings her awareness of each human’s desire to be challenged and to expand to the table. Kenneth Mossman, MFA, PCC, CPCC

As a Coach of executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals for the last 11 years; Pat is one of handful of leaders who delivers the Co-Active leadership program for The Coaches Training Institute. He has 10 years of leading seminars and workshops throughout the globe: North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.  Throughout the last 11 years Pat has been designing and implementing custom programs with a leadership development and coaching component for businesses and organizations with an eye towards uncovering the natural leadership style, and team collaboration. Pat Obuchowski, MBA, PCC, CPCC, WBE

Pat is a certified and an International Coach Federation (ICF) credentialed coach with over eight years of experience in business, leadership and team training and coaching, including over 25 years of operational experience in small, medium and large organizations in numerous industries.  Her operational leadership experience provides her with a 360 degree understanding of business systems, leadership impact, and organizational politics. Most recently, she served as a Manager/Senior Leadership Coach for Pacific Gas & Electric Company, where she coached corporate leaders and teams in leadership competencies and helped facilitate the company’s transformation efforts. She has experience in the following industries: High Tech, Utilities, Financial Services, Government, Distribution, Consulting Services, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Food Service, and Non-Profit.  She is the co-founder of Catalyst Youth Leadership Program that currently serves youth in the foster care system.  She currently serves on the Global Board of Directors for the International Coach Federation, the largest coaching association in the world.

Patricia de Verteuil Anastos, ACC

Patricia has over thirty years of corporate experience and a successful track record of developing in-depth relationships with clients as well as building high-performing teams. During her tenure at Young & Rubicam she grew a three-person field operation to a full service integrated marketing agency with over 150 people working on a range of clients including Taco Bell, PepsiCo, KFC, Ford and Prudential Real Estate Affiliates.  Revenues grew over 500% during this time.  She served in a variety of positions in account management and in executive leadership roles including global business development and leadership. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversaw further expansion of the agency to over 500 employees. During her tenure at The Leo Burnett company, she led cross-functional teams in the development of business building programs, consumer strategy and advertising for Kellogg’s, Kraft and McDonald’s, the latter of which required building relationships across the client organization at both headquarters and among the franchisee community.

Patricia Rachel Schwartz, MA, PCC

Over 30 years experience in the field of leadership and management. I have worked internally and externally as an executive, trainer, facilitator and coach-for mid and upper level corporate managers, teams, highly motivated entrepreneurs, business leaders and nonprofit executives and boards. I have been a practicing coach since 1997. My specialties are business and leadership development that positively impact the bottom line and staff retention, using a re-energizing strengths-based coaching approach. I have worked with over a thousand small business owners. Clients come from North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East and Australia. We work on site overseas, in the US, or via web conference or telephone. I am fluent in French and speak Spanish and have coached in both languages.
